Questions shops ask

Is $99 really the whole price?

Yes. One shop, every user, $99 a month. There are no per-user fees.

Is there a contract?

No. Pro is month to month and you can cancel anytime.

When does billing start?

Not yet. Pro billing is not open during the preview; early-access shops are set up by invitation, and launch terms will be posted on this page.

Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?

No. No credit card is needed for the Free plan. If you outgrow it, the next question covers what happens.

What happens when I reach 5 customers on Free?

You keep everything you've entered. To add a sixth customer, a second user or an eleventh open work order, upgrade to Pro.

Does GarageHub take card payments?

No. You take payment however you do today and record it against the invoice; the balance is worked out from those records. There is no card processing, bank or accounting connection.

Does GarageHub text or email my customers?

No. It builds the message text and the review link; you send them from your own phone or email.

Are review-link approvals legally signed?

A review link records an electronic acceptance: what the customer saw, their decision, a typed name and the time. It is not an identity-verified signature.

Can I get my data out?

Yes, on either plan. Download your whole workspace from Settings and export work orders as CSV; Pro also exports invoices and payments and the reorder list as CSV. Inspection photo files are stored separately and are not in the download.
